Warranty

In the unlikely event that you need to make a warranty claim, AIMTOM has an easy to follow claims process focused on getting your claim reviewed and responded to in the fastest possible time.

Limited Warranty

AIMTOM warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the AIMTOM product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the ‘Warranty Period’ section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below. This warranty statement sets out AIMTOM’s total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Warranty Periods and Timelines

The warranty period for AIMTOM products is 12 months.

The warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Remediation

AIMTOM is committed to ensuring all customers enjoy the highest quality of products and services. For all valid warranty claims, AIMTOM will repair or replace (at AIMTOM’s option and expense) any AIMTOM product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material.

If a valid claim is made during the applicable period, AIMTOM, at its option, will either

  • replace the product, or
  • exchange the product with a product that is of equal value. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is greater.

Shipping costs

Customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to AIMTOM and AIMTOM shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to the customer after the completion of service under this limited warranty. Any product returned to AIMTOM without a Return Authorization (RA) or without proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense.

Orders placed in the U.S., but shipped internationally will be eligible for coverage under AIMTOM’s warranty policy, however customers will be responsible for both inbound and return freight. Prior to returning product to the U.S., customer should ascertain if there is a local distributor that services their specific geographical territory. Orders placed outside of the U.S. should be returned to the distributor in the country the purchase originated in.

Original Consumer Purchaser

The warranty on AIMTOM’s products is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Exclusions

AIMTOM’s warranty does not apply to the following:

  • any product that is misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in AIMTOM’s current product literature, or
  • any product purchased through a third-party retailer or reseller who is not an authorized AIMTOM dealer. AIMTOM’s warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.

Products sold from time to time by AIMTOM as refurbished or pre-loved come with their own unique warranty protections and obligations that you can find on the product listing or contact us at hello@aimtom.com with your order receipt for confirmation.

This warranty, as provided by AIMTOM as the manufacturer, in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

Returns and Refunds

Please see important information below regarding our Return Policy. We hope this will provide you with the information needed for your return request. Unless there are other terms which have been agreed to in writing by the customer and AIMTOM, the return policy below applies.

AIMTOM has sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any return. If you have any questions about a possible return, please contact AIMTOM.

AIMTOM offers a 30-day return policy for goods purchased directly from aimtom.com and Amazon. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your AIMTOM purchase for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days.

Once we receive the product from you, we will refund the full purchase price. To return an item, please click here to contact us today, or email us at hello@aimtom.com. In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:

  • You have purchased the product directly from AIMTOM, from Amazon, or from authorized dealer.
  • You contact AIMTOM and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date.
  • The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and be accompanied with a return authorization number.
  • A return requires a Return Authorization Number issued by AIMTOM following your request, which is valid for 30 days. Returns may incur a re-stocking fee, at AIMTOM’s discretion.

Exchanges & Refunds

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in AIMTOM’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

You have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price excluding freight charges or exchanging the item(s) as part of your warranty claim.

AIMTOM does not have a product upgrade policy and cannot exchange for another product type other than the product purchased originally.

Once approved, refunds on returned items will be issued back to the purchaser in the same form via which payment was tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. For instance, if payment was made by credit card, any approved refund amount will be credited back to the credit card. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping costs

Return Conditions

Please carefully read the conditions below. If conditions are not met, AIMTOM reserves the right to refuse the return or can charge a restocking fee of up to 30% at our discretion.

AIMTOM does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  • Customer has had the product for more than 30 days (from date received).
  • Custom configured or branded product to your specifications.
  • Purchased from a 3rd party retail partner (please contact the retailer directly for more information).
  • Product is expired.
  • Product was overbought or was undersold
  • Product was damaged by a party other than AIMTOM.
